The blooop series came to be from the pressure I felt to make "serious work." Inspired by the Blooop Sculpture, this rubberlized jar is wheel thrown, with additional elements added. This is a unique statement piece  that would look great anywhere in the home.  The jar is not intended to hold food, but can hold a variety of other items. After being fired in the kiln, this piece is covered in rubber, creating the "oh please touch me" surface. Signed on the bottom. It is 7.5" tall, 5.5" wide.
