The blooop series came to be from the pressure I felt to make "serious work." Inspired by the Blooop Sculpture, this rubberlized platter is double walled with wheel thrown elements added. This is a unique statement piece  that would look great on a coffee table or dining table alike. This is a decorative piece and is not intended to be used for food. After being fired in the kiln, this piece is covered in rubber, creating the "oh please touch me" surface. Signed on the bottom. 12" in diameter.
